At Play Pet Brands, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
